how it works.

We run a strict no-refund policy; what you get instead is a credit that never expires and applies to any activity at the marina. Credits also cover the times we cancel — weather or operational — so a scrubbed flight is never lost money.

Check-in closes 15 minutes before departure. Show up after your boat leaves and it counts as a no-show; if a later trip the same day has deck space we'll work you in, otherwise you'll pick a new day.

Flying is the most weather-sensitive thing we do, so certified staff track radar continuously and ground the canopy the moment conditions call for it. We reserve the right to reschedule for weather, and any day the bay wins, your booking turns into a non-expiring credit voucher good toward anything we offer.

Vouchers redeem in person only and must be physically presented; transferring one to someone else takes management approval at the facility. No-refund policy applies throughout.

Reservingonline or by phone guarantees your spot on a specific boat. Groups should always reserve — it's the only way to keep everyone on the same trip and in the air together.

Walk-upsfly when there's room, often the same day, but reservations board first and larger walk-up parties can end up split across departures.

Boats go out seven days a week, 10 AM to sunset, year-round when weather allows, with departures every 30–60 minutes. Wind shifts and equipment checks can push a schedule, so give your day some slack rather than cutting it close. Delay handling follows the standard credit policy.

We match competitor pricing when all of the following hold:

• Original proof of the deal is shown at check-in.
• The proof states company name, activity, duration, departure time, total price, and the fine print.
• The competitor is reachable so we can verify.
• The operator is based in Miami, Florida.
• Same activity, option, day, and time.
• Walk-ins only, first come first served.
• Online deals qualify, including Groupon.
• Excluded: tubing, paddleboards, kayaks, and Eclipse activities. Our own Groupon deals have to be purchased on Groupon itself.

We can't accept:

• American Express
• Apple Pay / Apple Card / digital wallets
• Prepaid debit cards and gift cards
• Chipless cards
• Cards where the name doesn't match the presented ID

The cardholder comes to check-in in person, with the purchasing card and a government photo ID — driver's license or passport, shown physically. Without both, the booking can't be redeemed as paid and we'll collect an alternate form of payment.

A card authorization form is signed before you board, and a completion invoice after, confirming the flight was delivered.

Use LOT 62with the “Pay By Phone” app, then walk down to the pier. The lot belongs to the City of Miami, so tickets or vehicle problems get resolved with the city, not with us.

Come dressed for the boat — the pier has no private bathrooms, changing rooms, or lockers, and the marina restrooms serve only the residents who live aboard.

There's a shared dock box for shoes and bags while you fly; it's unsecured, so travel light and keep valuables out of it. Cell phones are the only personal item allowed on activities.

Waterproof cases are available at the check-in desk. With or without one, phones fly at your own risk — lost or soaked electronics aren't covered.

Every participant:

• Presents a valid driver's license or passport.
• Brings matching ID for card payments (no Amex for walk-ins).
• Signs the waiver — guardians sign for minors.
• Arrives free of drugs and alcohol and stays that way.
• Wears the safety gear provided.
• Is comfortable around water without panic.

Zero experience required for any activity. Mention medical conditions ahead of time, and call before booking if pregnant — restrictions apply to some activities. Swimming ability isn't required as long as you're calm in the water.

Parasail. Double and triple flights; solo flyers are paired by weight. Hard cap of 450 lb per flight, minimum age 5. Expect 5–10 minutes of airtime within a boat excursion of up to an hour, water dip optional.

Jet Ski.A 1-seater carries one rider (max 250 lb); a Double carries two (max 350 lb per ski). Drivers 18+, passengers 5+. Drivers born after Jan 1, 1988 take Florida's brief boating exam ($14). A refundable damage deposit applies, and you get 60 minutes of free riding in the zone.

Flyboard.Minimum age 8, swim ability recommended. A 20-minute session with a personal trainer controlling the throttle from the jet ski. Backflips and advanced tricks aren't allowed.

Boat Tour. Up to 6 passengers, 225 lb per person, age 5 and up. A 30-minute ride where spray is part of the deal — bring grip strength.

Speed Boat. Up to 25 riders, 30 minutes of twists, turns, and spins, same 225 lb / age 5+ limits. Not for pregnant guests or anyone with back or neck trouble.

Banana Boat. Up to 6 riders, minimum age 4, 225 lb per rider, towed for 30 minutes.
